Refund & Cancellation Policy
Items shipped from Lyoflorals (website URL address: https://lyoflorals.com/) can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Returning the item is to be at your own expense.
Buyer can Return the Product/s subjected to following conditions
- Item was defective
- Item was damaged during the Shipping
- Product is missing
- Wrong item is sent
A Buyer can request for replacement whenever he is not happy with the item, reason being Damaged in shipping, Defective item, Item(s) missing, wrong item shipped and the like.
Return could also result in a refund of money in most of the cases. Once the item is received by us, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account. If the item received is a defective, damaged item, you’ll not be refunded. All product packaging (such as boxes) must be returned with the item.
Lyoflorals LLP reserves its right to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against a user who, files false claims or provides incomplete, or misleading information. In addition to the legal proceedings, Lyoflorals suspends, blocks, restricts, cancels the Display Name of such User.
